Shari Henry, Office Coordinator, is responsible for all front desk operations including supervising office staff, training, and all administrative functions including managing our newsletter, room rentals, and escrows. Shari is also the person responsible for all the great decorations you see when you enter the Club.
Janet Vari handles all accounting functions for the Club. She is the person to contact if you have questions on your account or need copies of your statement.
Beau Stewart, Maintenance Coordinator, handles all Club maintenance including supervising maintenance staff and contractors. He is responsible for janitorial, building and grounds maintenance and making sure rooms are ready for classes and members. Beau also is our volunteer Grill Master at Club events.
Esteban Vallin is responsible for taking care of the Club grounds. His love for gardening is most evident in our beautiful Rose Garden.
Raul George works evenings to makes sure all our rooms are clean and ready for our members and classes. In addition to cleaning and room set up, he also assists with other maintenance projects.
Vidal Herrea is an employee of Essential Building Services who provide building maintenance for the Club including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Students from Abraxas High School Transitions Program help keep the Club clean as part of their on-the-job training.
