Room & Area Rentals
The RB Swim & Tennis Club offers rooms and areas for rent for events such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, family gatherings, and more. The rooms may be rented by Club members only. Rental of any rooms does not give you access to the tennis courts, gym, and other areas of the Club grounds.
Room Rentals may be scheduled for up to a 6-hour period of time, which includes set-up and break-down time. There is an additional fee if the allotted time is exceeded. A contract needs to be signed and a deposit must be received to hold a reservation. All room rentals are subject to availability.

The BBQ Area rents for $300 and hold up to a total of 40. You may have up to 40 people in total attend the party (including your household, adults & children). The rental of the BBQ Area gives you access to the playground and the main pool.​​

The Castille Room rents for $450 and holds up to 115 people.

The Castille Room Patio is an extra add-on to the Castille Room and rents for $125.

The MP3 rents for $200 and can hold a total of 30 people and gives you access to the playground and main pool.

The MP 1 or MP 2 Rooms rent for $450 each and can hold up to 115 people in each room. MP 1 & MP 2 can be rented together for $900. The room divider can be opened to make 1 large room and can hold up to 230 people.

The MP3 Terrace rents for $175 and holds up to 30 people. Located directly on the main pool deck, this area is ideal for pool parties of all kinds.
MP3 & MP3 Terrace can be rented together for $350 and hold up to 60 people.

The kitchen (which connects to both the Castille Room & MP 1) can be rented for an additional $50.

The Club 21 Room rents for $275 and holds up to 60 people. This room has a kitchen attached to which you may have access. Since this room is located in the 21 & over section (Club 21) of our facility, anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted inside.

Additional Equipment Available for rent: Projector and screen $40, TV $50
