Cardio | Strength | Stretch

Have fun, meet new friends, and dedicate a couple of hours a week to your health.  Our Light Cardio Dance, Strength, and Stretch class comprises a unique combination of easy-to-follow dance movements, upper and lower body exercises using light weights, and a stretching segment addressing mobility, balance, and joint range of motion.  

We are a very friendly and welcoming group.  No experience is required.  The class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels.  Participants should be 18 years or older, but there is no upper age limit.  We have all ages in class, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s.  Each person is encouraged to exercise at their own pace.
 

The class fee is on a per-class basis - $5.00 per class. You may pay as drop-in at each class or may purchase a class ticket for multiple classes.  RBST Membership in NOT required.  We welcome both members and non-members.

Sally Pawoll has been teaching fitness classes for over 40 years. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) which is an internationally recognized certifying organization for fitness professionals.  She is also a certified Yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance (YA).
